Annapolis is a historical city and a sailing center of the east coast of the United States. As a result it can be quite busy in the summer, making it difficult to find hotel rooms at the last minute. We recommend making hotel reservations as early as possible. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION, it will be most convenient to stay in a hotel or bed and breakfast in historic Annapolis.
